Licette Olmeda passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 24, 2017 in Orlando, FL at the age of 63. She was born in the Bronx, NY on August 21, 1954 to the late Jose Olmeda, Sr. and Virginia Almodovar. Licette was one of five children.
She has been a resident of Orlando, FL since 2009 coming from the Bronx. For the majority of her career, she worked as a receptionist for the Federal Government. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend.
Licette is survived by her sons, Eder Ramirez (Doreen), Omar Ramirez (Juniel Sosa) and Onix Ramirez; siblings, Luz Maria Jerman (Vincent), Evelyn Rivera (Sammy), and Robert Olmeda; Nine Grandchildren and One Great-Grandchild. Her kind and precious spirit will remain in our hearts forever.
In 1983, she was predeceased by her brother, Jose Olmeda, Jr.
Calling hours will be held Friday, September 29, 2017 from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando, FL 32822 with a Celebration of Licette's Life beginning at 4:00 pm.
