Lilia Vidal Mondragon passed away peacefully at her son's house in Lake Worth Beach, FL surrounded by her family on June 27, 2022. She was the daughter of Flora Losada and Pedro Vidal.
She was born in Cali, Colombia on June 28, 1947 and lived there until she was 49 when she moved to Florida. She worked all her life as an executive administrative assistant at Carvajal. She enjoyed dancing, listening to boleros, eating, the beach and conversing with close family members.
Lilia married Luis Angel Mondragon on August 15, 1975 in Cali, Colombia. Lilia and Luis Angel have two children: Florangela (deceased) and Miguel Angel. Lilia has five grandchildren; Stefanie and Marsela Lenis; Victoria, Veronica & Anabella Mondragon. She took over raising Stefanie and Marsela after Florangela passed, becoming a mother figure for the girls. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren and traveling to Colombia to visit her family.
Lilia was a devout Catholic and an Emaus Sister. She'll be remembered for her willingness to serve others and give without any expectation to receive anything in return. Her unconditional love for her children and husband. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother which will forever be in our hearts.
Lilia is survived by her husband, son and grandchildren.
