LINDA YVONNE BOWLING OF ORLANDO, FL WAS CALLED HOME TO REST ON THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 2012 TO BE WITH GOD AND HER LOVING FAMILY. LINDA WAS AND AMAZING AND LOVING WIFE, MOTHER, AND GRANDMOTHER. BORN IN ASHEBORO, NC ON AUGUST 1, 1940 TO FLINTON AND MAIZIE WILLIAMS. SURVIVED BY HER HUSBAND GERALD E BOWLING; DAUGHTER, MELISSA WILLIAMS SPENCER; TWO SONS, JARRETT K BOWLING AND ERIC S BOWLING; 3 BEAUTIFUL GRANDCHILDREN AND 1 GREAT GRANDCHILD.
LINDA WAS A BEAUTIFUL, LOVING, AND TRUE GIFT TO HER FAMILY, AND ANYONE WHO KNEW HER LIFE. SHE HAD A WAY OF TOUCHING EVERY PERSON SHE EVER KNEW OR MET, WITH HER LOVE, BEAUTY, AND HER UNSELFISH CARING AND COMFORTING HEART.
SHE LOVED EVERY HOLIDAY AND WOULD DECORATE EVERY WAY POSSIBLE. LOVED TO PREPARE BIG HOLIDAY MEALS FOR FAMILY AND WOULD CHERISH EVERY MINUTE. DISAPPOINTMENT WOULD SET IN IF SOME FAMILY COULD NOT MAKE IT. SHE ALWAYS LOVED TO LOOK BEAUTIFUL AND HER HAIR HAD TO BE JUST RIGHT OR YOU WERE GONNA WAIT.
WE WILL ALWAYS CHERISH THE MEMORIES OF BEING TOGETHER WHEN IT WORKED OUT THAT WE COULD GO ON VACATIONS, AND VISIT EACH OTHER. ESPECIALLY AT CHRISTMAS TIME GOING TO THE MAGIC KINGDOM. HER SWEET TEA WAS SECOND TO NONE AS WELL AS ALL HER DISHES SHE COOKED. WE KNOW SHE WOULD GIVE PAULA DEAN A RUN FOR HER MONEY. SHE WORE HER HEART ON HER SLEEVE AND SMILED ALL THE TIME. LIKE THE SONG SAYS " AIN'T NO SUNSHINE WHEN SHE'S GONE."
MOM, WE LOVE AND MISS YOU SO MUCH! YOU GAVE EVERYTHING, YOU GAVE IT ALL! YOUR HEART, YOUR SOUL, AND YOUR LOVE WILL LIVE WITHIN US EVERY MOMENT OF EVERYDAY. WE WILL NEVER FORGET AND WE WILL CHERISH EVERY LOVING MEMORY OF OUR LIVES TOGETHER! HOLD A PLACE AT YOUR SIDE IN GOD'S LOVING HANDS FOR US! WE WILL SEE YOU AGAIN AND CAN'T WAIT TO FEEL YOUR LOVING TOUCH AND SEE YOUR BEAUTIFUL SMILE THAT LIVES IN US FOREVER! YOU ARE THE BEST MOTHER ANY CHILD COULD HAVE DREAMED FOR.
REST IN LOVING PEACE.
