Lindsay Michelle Marano

April 14, 1983 — October 1, 2018

Lindsay Michelle Marano, age 35, passed away October 1, 2018 in St. Petersburg, FL.

Services were delayed until her mother, Sandee Lynn Marano, could recover from her illness. Unfortunately, Sandee passed away on January 17, 2019 in Orlando, FL. As a result, a joint Celebration of Life will be held 11:00AM on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at the Herndon Campus of Summit Church on 735 Herndon Avenue, Orlando, FL 32803.

Lindsay was born April 14, 1983 in Orlando, FL to Sandee Lynn (Meyer) Marano and Anthony John Marano.

She is survived by her father, Anthony (Tony) Marano and her sister, Jenni Elizabeth Marano, Aunt Robin Berghorn (Doug) of St. Cloud, Uncle John Meyer (Phyllis) of Largo, Uncle Collin Meyer (Resha) of Jupiter, Aunt Kimberley Bates (Jeff) of Lake Worth, Aunt and Godmother Marietta Lipps of Painesville, OH, Uncle Robert Marano (Teri) of Novelty, OH, Uncles Dennis Marano and Joseph Marano of Painesville, OH.

Lindsay attended Orlando Boone High School and Florida State University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Advertising. She is an Alumni of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority.

Lindsay will be lovingly remembered and forever celebrated by countless family, friends, sorority sisters, and colleagues. Lindsay spent her professional career in advertising and was recently a Marketing Account Executive at Raymond James & Associates. She had a successful advertising career working at 22squared, Element 79, and DDB of Chicago. She raised charitable funds for the American Heart Association, the ALS Association, the Ronald McDonald House, and various other non-profits.

She had a brilliant mind, kind soul, quick-witted tongue, and superpower for empathy. Lindsay was a fearless comedienne and never met someone she couldn't cure with laughter. She was a board member of the Gasparilla Art Festival in Tampa. Lindsay enjoyed working out and had begun to fine tune her interest in tennis. Lindsay did her best to make sure she brought a smile to everyone's face. She loved to dance and famously taught her mother how to twerk. She often brought smiles to herself as she enjoyed "baby therapy" from visits with her friend's children. Lindsay was honest, loving and caring and always wanted others to be happy when she was around.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation in Lindsay's name to a charity of your choice.
