She was born November 4, 1959 in Norfolk, Virginia to Joyce and Frank Costello.
Loann is survived by her beloved Husband, Tom Kaminer, two Daughters - Amanda Dockery, Stephanie Blake; Son - Jon Dockery, Grandson - David Dockery, and three Granddaughters - Courtney Vass, Amber Vass, Hailey Vass, and her furry companion, Goldie.
