Lois M. Rhodes

RHODES, LOIS MARIE, went to be with her Savior and loved ones in Heaven Thursday, Jan. 17. Born Lois Marie Herod, Feb. 6, 1926 in Waco, TX, she married Dallas "Dusty" Rhodes in 1944 and was a loving, dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Lois' amazing energy and zest for living was a source of great blessing and entertainment for everyone who knew her. She appreciated the simple joys of life, loved to travel, cook and nurture her loved ones with her beautiful giving heart. She is survived by daughters, Jan Erne-Spruill (Ted), Barbara Calabrese; brother, Bob Herod (Carol); grandsons, David Erne (Deanna), Robert Calabrese (Karyn); and her precious great-grandbaby, Theodore "Teddy" Erne.
