BURRUEZO, LUIS F. Nineteen months after the death of his beloved wife, Luis F. Burruezo joined Carmen M. Burruezo in heaven. He died Saturday, January 1, 2005, from a broken heart and congestive heart failure. Luis was born in New York City on August 19, 1921. In 1946, while living and working in New York City, he met Carmen and fell in love. They married two years later in May 1948. After owning beauty salons and raising four children in the NY/NJ area, they re-located to Belleview, FL, as they approached their retirement years. In 1993, they moved to Orlando, where Carmen died 10 years later in May 2003. Carmen's death, which came after 55 years of marriage, was simply too much for Luis to bear. Luis is survived by six children; eight grandchildren; and one great- grandson, including, Anita L. Oakes, daughter; Louis F. Burruezo, son; Luis A. Burruezo, son; Roberto E. Burruezo, son; Carmen L. Burruezo, daughter; and Carlos J. Burruezo, son. Graveside funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, January 4, 2004 in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, from 9:00 Am until service tome at Newcomer Family Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando.
