Luis A. Garces Pulliza, age 81 of Poinciana, passed away on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at his residence. He was born in Juncos, Puerto Rico on March 8, 1936 to Mario Louis Garces and Carmen Rosa Pulliza. He was a veteran of the Korean War and served in the US Army.
His is survived by his wife, Elisa Del Valle-Garces; daughters, Elizabeth Garces, Myriam Garces, Lourdes Garces, Jennyfer Garces; son, Luis Garces; 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 5PM-9PM, Monday, August 28 at Newcomer Funeral Home Orlando. Funeral services will be held at 10AM Tuesday, August 29 at the funeral home. Interment with military honors will follow at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, Mims.
