Luis Alberto Lopez, age 75 of Orlando passed away Saturday, December 31, 2005.
He was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico and has been a resident of Central Florida for the past several years. He was a retired Bank Security Guard and is a Veteran of the United States Army. He was of the Catholic Faith.
He is survived by his daughter, Sonia Marie Berrios of Puerto Rico, son, Ricardo Lopes of Puerto Rico, son, Luis A. Lopez Jr. of Pennsylvania, daughter, Maritza Hernandez of Orlando and Mariam Lopez of Orlando; sister, Irma Iris Rivera of Kissimmee, 14 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 AM on Thursday, January 5, 2005 in the Chapel of Newcomer Family Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 6:00 - 10:00 PM.
