He was born in Guayama, Puerto Rico on November 28,1938 to parents, Victor Felix Vazquez and Paula Vazquez.
He was married to Cloris Deidamia Guzman on January 5,1963. He served in the United States Air Force.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Cloris D Guzman; father, Victor Felix Vazquez; mother, Paula Vazquez; and son, Michael A Vazquez.
He is survived by his daughter, Elaine C Vazquez; son, Luis V Vazquez; daughter-in-law, Melissa Vazquez; four granddaughters,
Elizabeth M Vazquez, Valerie N Vega, Cristina L Vazquez and Stephanie P Vega; and a great grandson, Zayden A Zawrotny.
