Lynn Haney, 74, of Sanford, Florida passed away on August 23, 2020 after a long illness.
She retired from Seminole County Government in 2013. She was witty and had a love of animals, especially cats and kittens. She volunteered for many years at Seminole County Animal Services, fostering over 60 cats and kittens until they found their forever homes.
She is predeceased by her parents, CDR William E Haney, USN (Retired) and Beverly Bassett Haney.
She is survived by her daughter, Sara Klein, of Sanford, Florida, numerous relatives in Florida and across the country. She also leaves behind her three cats, that were her constant companions, Lily, Boo and Mama Kitty.
