Marcos is survived by his wife, Pura Mercado; son, Jose Mercado of Tampa, FL, daughter, Maria Feliciano of Oviedo, FL, daughter, Adelaida Flores of Oviedo, FL, daughter, Ana Brushwood of Oviedo, FL, son, Jaime Mercado of Orlando, daughter, Elizabeth Mercado of Orlando, son, Samuel Mercado of Hollywood, FL and son, Enestaly Mercado of Orlando; sisters, Carmen Mercado of Puerto Rico, Matilde Mercado of Puerto Rico, Olegario Mercado of Woodbridge, IL; brother, Isidro Mercado of Tampa, FL; 15 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
