Margaret Joyce "Peggy" Kreskey, Absent from the body, present with our Lord Jesus Christ. Peggy passed away peacefully with her family by her side.
She was deeply and truly loved by her husband of fifty one years, Felix and her six children: Susan Brinkle (Paul), Kim Boone (Sam), Tina Roach (Jeff), Luanne Woodley (Steve), Joe Kreskey (Lisa) and David Kreskey (Donna). She also leaves behind 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Peggy was born 2-28-1940 in Pittsburgh, PA. After her marriage to Felix the family moved to Florida in 1966. Between 1980 and 2000 they lived in Connecticut, New York, Texas and Georgia. When Felix retired they returned to Florida to be near family. Peggy loved to crochet and made many tablecloths for friends and family as well as baby blankets for all grandchildren, great grandchildren and countless friends. She won national recognition for an elephant pattern curtain she designed and crocheted. Peggy was an avid writer, a published author and was working on another book at the time of her passing. She loved to read, travel, watch movies and most of all spend time family.
Peggy and Felix celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary May 15th surrounded by family and friends, a special time we all will cherish.
She is preceded in death by her parents Juanita and William Sproull, her much loved brother Bill Sproull and her beloved sister and best friend Judy Woodill.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Hospice of the Comforter 480 W. Central Parkway Altamonte Springs, Florida 32714 or the Florida Cancer Research Center.
