Margarita Ramos, age 86, of Orlando, FL passed away June 1, 2017.
Margarita has moved on but will never be forgotten. Her memory will remain in our hearts until we meet again after the second coming of Jesus Christ. She was born in Anasco, Puerto Rico on July 22, 1930. She moved to NY to live with her sister until she met her loving husband, Alejandro Ramos and they were married on May, 1953. They had two children, Mildred and Eddie, four grandchildren, Victor, Erick, Christina and Kyle and four great grandchildren, Rylie, Ruby Mae, Victor Jr, and Eduardo.
Margarita worked as a sewing operator until the age of 50 and after moving to Orlando, FL she enjoyed taking care of children for those parents who couldn't afford a day-care facility for only $1.00 per hour. She was an active member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church and served as Eucharistic Minister for 17 years. Margarita was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and a good Christian who loved to pray the rosary every day. She will truly be missed by everyone who knew her.
Visitation is Tuesday June 6, 2017 from 9am to 10:30am at the Newcomer Funeral Home (East Orlando Chapel).
Mass of Christian Burial is Tuesday June 6, 2017 starting at 11am at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Orlando, FL.
Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Cemetery.
