Maria Carrion, age 88 of Orlando, passed away April 13, 2016. She was born in the Dominican Republic on January 20, 1928 to Fernando La-Paix and Simeona Mariano. She was preceded in death by her husband, Adolfo Carrion and brother, Jesus La-Paix. She is survived be daughters, Felicia Carrion-Lilke, Rosa Carrion, Anna Sepulveda, Nurys Contreras, Maria Key and Luz Sanchez; sons, Fernando Carrion and Rafael Carrion.
Visitation will be held from 4PM-8PM, Sunday April 17 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Orlando. Funeral services will be held at 9AM Monday, April 18 at the funeral home, followed by interment at Greenwood Cemetery, Orlando.
