Maria Dragichevich of Orlando, FL passed away peacefully at home on February 14, 2024 surrounded by her two daughters.

Maria was born in Kansas City, KS on December 12, 1924, the oldest of 5 sisters, Socorro, Salome, Maggie and Mariana.

She proudly worked as a Rosie the Riveter during World War II. Years later she moved to Florida where she met and married her husband Bob. Shortly after, they moved to Brooklyn, New York where they raised their daughters. She worked as a secretary in New York City and retired in 1995. Maria enjoyed cooking and baking, gardening and dancing. She loved to travel and visited several countries including Egypt, Morocco and Portugal.

Maria is preceded in death by her spouse, Bob. She is survived by her daughters Sonja Gillio, Saida Dragichevich, grandson Christopher Gillio and his wife Kristina, great grandchildren Taylor, Anthony, Alyssa and Jared.
