Maria Elena Tirado, age 79 of Orlando, passed away Friday, September 30, 2005. She was born to Isidro Acevedo and Julia Villanueva, on June 8, 1926 in Gurabo, Puerto Rico. Maria is survived by her daughters Magdalena Obrien, Elisa Morales, and Virginia Burgos; step-daughter Margie Tirado and step-son Manolin Tirado; grandchildren Jon, Laura, Eliza, Damon, Selena, John Paul, Caitlin, Philip, Coriann Rose, Luana, Betty Jean; great-grandchildren Anthony, Andrew, Nicholas, Damon Jr., Alexandra and Gina; her brothers, Abraham Acevedo, Luis Acevedo, and Herminio Acevedo. Visitation for Mrs. Tirado will be held from 5-9PM on Saturday, October 1, 2005 at Newcomer Family Funeral Home, East Orlando. Funeral Services will be held at 3:30PM on Sunday, October 2, 2005 in the funeral home chapel.
