Maria Carmina Stradone Carnevale

Maria Carmina (Stradone) Carnevale, age 94, of Longwood, Florida passed away peacefully on Wednesday March 29, 2023, with her family by her side. Maria was born on January 31, 1929 in Pico Frosinone, Italy. She was the oldest daughter of her late parents Antonio and Clementina (Colella) Carnevale, and she was the devoted wife of the late Alessandro "Alex" Carnevale.

Maria was the strongest, most loving woman, leading an unbelievable example as the matriarch of her family. More than anything, she loved spending time with her family eating her delicious home cooked meals around the kitchen table. She found great joy in spoiling her grandchildren, baking homemade cookies, and spending time growing a gorgeous garden. Her laugh and love for singing and dancing was absolutely contagious and brought so much joy into every room.

She is survived by her loving and devoted daughter Marisa Carnevale- Henderson, her husband Paul, and their daughter Alexandria. She was the devoted grandmother of Tiffany Carnevale-Russo and her husband Frank, Luca Carnevale and his wife Lynn, and Alexandria Henderson. She was also a great-grandmother to Natalie Carnevale, and a loving sister to Evelina Pandozzi. She was predeceased by her daughter Liliana Carnevale, her brother Luigi Carnevale, and her two sisters Maria Stradone and Brigida Carnevale.

Her funeral will leave Wednesday April 5, 2023 at 10:00 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston. Followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary's Church, 1525 Cranston St., Cranston. VISITING HOURS will be Tuesday April 4, 2023, from 4:00- 7:00 pm.
