Marianita Rivera

Marianita Rivera, a retired business owner, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and a life-long resident of Orlando, Florida, gained her angel wings on December 10, 2023 at the age of 84 after a courageous battle with cancer. She peacefully passed away surrounded by her loved ones who will continue to honor her legacy by living their life to the fullest.

Marianita is survived by her children Marian Rocher and her spouse Julio, Gladys Rivera and her companion John, Moises Rivera and his spouse Luz Maria, Raymond Rivera and his spouse Margarita. Grandchildren: Crystal Strickland and her spouse Christopher, Ramon Rivera and his spouse Yari, Catherine Manning and her spouse Trever, Rachel Mariah Valentin and her spouse James Anthony, Anthony Robert Galarza and his spouse Haleigh, Moises Alexander Rivera. Step-Grandchildren: Ismael Rodriguez III and Crystal, Stephanie Lynn Rodriguez and Sean, Christopher Andrew Rodriguez. Great Grandchildren: Nyla Montanez, Khloe Montanez, Ariella Valentin, Caroline Strickland, Charlotte Strickland. Step-Great Grandchildren: JazLynn Isabel Rodriguez, Ismael Rodriguez IV, Liana Grace Rodriguez, Jasmine Vance. Siblings: Maria Rodriguez, Juanita Grant, Teresa Ruiz and Eddie Rodriguez.

She has touched many lives with her generosity, kindness, and passion for life. She truly lived life to the fullest through the simple pleasures of spending time with her family and friends, gardening, shopping, sewing, decorating, painting, playing dominos and going to the casinos.
