Marie Vesta Michel

Marie Vesta Lola Michel was born on Novembetr 13, 1928 in Aquin, Haiti to her late parents, Thiomene Mirand and Theolus Michel.

She started her career as a seamstress and became an entrepreneur in many business ventures. She did wear many hats. She was a loving caring and helpful person, dedicated to her family, enjoyed life, loved to dance, listened to music, sing and cook.

Lola accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior. On December 9, 2018 after four years of illness, God called our sweet mother homeShe left to cherish her memory six children: Eunice Salomon Koury, Edy Salomon and his wife Doris, Joseph Prudent Salomon and his wife Joyce, Marie Cecile Salomon Guery and her husband Lionel Charles, Astrel Salomon and his wife Danielle, Herve Salomon and his wife Elizabeth

She was married to her late husband Prudent Joseph Salomon. She left her six children to cherish her memory: Eunice Salomon Koury, Edy Salomon and his wife Doris, Joseph Prudent Salomon and his wife Joyce, Marie Cecile Salomon Guery and her husband Lionel Charles, Astrel Salomon and his wife Danielle, Herve Salomon and his wife Elisabeth. She was a mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother and a loyal friend to all of us who are extremely blessed to have known her.

We extend our deepest sympathy to her surviving sister, our dear Aunt Andrea and her family. She is survived by a host of loving nieces and nephews, cousins, other caring relatives and dedicated friends. Man Lolo, we love you, Man Lolo, we miss you, you will always be in our hearts for ever and ever.
