Marina Salgado, age 90 of Orlando, passed away at her residence on Thursday, December 24, 2015. She was born in Ciales, Puerto Rico on July 18, 1925 to Trinidad Salgado and Carmen Rivera.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ernesto Sanchez in 2010; a son, Ernesto Juan Sanchez in 1969; son, Angel Luis Sanchez in 2013.
She is survived by her children, Nilda Medero, Angel Diaz, Carmen Alicea, Migdalia Roman, Eugenio Sanchez, Maria Virgen Matos, Maria Socorro Alzate, and Marisol Sanchez.
Visitation will be held Sunday, January 3 from 12PM-9PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, Orlando. A Mass will be held at 10AM, Monday January 4 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Orlando. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery.
