Marion French Furbish

Marion French Foster Furbish, 92, a Registered Nurse, and a 51-year resident of the Orlando Florida area, died in Lake Mary, FL on Jan 4, 2022. She was born May 10, 1929 in Manchester, New Hampshire to Edith Electa Leland and Leon Robert Foster and spent her formative years there. In 1951 she married her husband of 63 years, Gerald G. (Glen) Furbish, a career Air Force Officer. Marion supported her husband, was a great Mom raising three children and was an active participant in military life wherever they served. She went above and beyond moving her family all around the country and world. She was also very active at All Saints Episcopal Church in Enterprise Florida, serving on the Altar Guild and working in their Thrift Shop for many years.

She is survived by a daughter, Donna L. Forner and her husband Ted of Kingsport, TN a son, Gary S. Furbish and his wife Kim of Geneva, FL; a son, Gregory M. Furbish and his wife Jill of Wasilla, AK; two brothers David Foster of North Truro, MA and Ronnie Foster of Columbus, MS; two grand-children, Terri A. Furbish and Eric S, Furbish; one step grand-daughter Amanda Timbes. She is also blessed with 8 step great grand-children; Jake Timbes, Evan Timbes, Dillon Robinson, Hannah Robinson, Connor Robinson, Skyler Stone, Sophie Stone, and Olivia Fleener.
