Marion Grace Layton, 75, of Lake Mary, Florida, passed away in the presence of her loving family on June 3rd, 2024.
Born on August 10, 1948, in Evergreen Park, Illinois. She was a caring and compassionate nurse for over 50 years, graduating from FIU, and then Cambridge College, she specialized in grief counseling with a focus on end of life transitioning for family and loved ones.
Marion had many hobbies that she loved. Crocheting go to Top Golf, and most of all go bowling with her family. She was a devout Christian, who loved to support those in need, both with monetary donations, as well as giving her time when she could to volunteer with church activities. Marion loved to travel around the United States, and lived in many of them spreading her talents as a nurse and her love and compassion to those in need.
Marion is survived by her husband Warren Layton, her sons; Eric Layton, and Joseph Layton, their spouses Tina Layton and Lisa Layton, her grand-children Phinias Layton, and Jayden Layton. Her step-daughters Michelle and Veronica Layton and her brother Arthur Zawislak.
