Martha L. Ellis, 73 of Orlando passed away on Saturday February 5, 2011. She was born in Needham, MA and moved to Central Florida in 1967. She was a member of Council 101, Orlando Museum of Art and Embroiders Guild of America. Martha was the wife of The late Rev. H. Benton Ellis, former Headmaster of Trinity Preparatory School of Orlando.
She is survived by son, George Ellis (Lorrie); daughter, Laura Sands (Jonathan); sister, Mary Rae; nephews Craig and David Rae and granddaughters, Allison and Courtney Staples.
Her memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at St. Matthew's Episcopal Church, 5873 N. Dean Rd. Orlando 32817. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Memory of Martha Ellis to St. Matthew's Episcopal Church or to Trinity Preparatory School to the H. Benton Ellis Fund, 5700 Trinity Prep Lane, Winter Park, FL 32792.
