Martha Janet Stolze, 97 of Winter Park, Fl passed away at home the morning of September 4th, 2017. She was born to the late Philip and Jennie Gahr on September 27th, 1919 in Newark NJ. She was predeceased by two brothers, Arthur and Leslie Gahr. Martha graduated from Irvington High School in 1938. She married the late Edward Stolze in 1940. They lived in Scotch Plains, NJ for 23 years. The family spent summers at the Jersey Shore. They moved to their retirement dream in Port St. Lucie, Fl. in 1976. From there she moved to Winter Park, Fl. in 2006. While she lived in Winter Park, she was a member of Tuskawilla Presbyterian Church.
Martha is survived by two children; Donna Stolze of Winter Park, Fl and Randall Stolze of Neptune, NJ. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Melissa Lyter, Jackie Deimel, Jason Stolze, and Megan Stolze. She has two great grandchildren, Lexie and Amy Deimel. She is also survived by a niece, Loretta Greene of Bryantown, Md. In addition, she is survived by her most loyal furry friend, Kelly. Martha's favorite memories were of the Jersey Shore in Ocean Beach, NJ. Her passions were faith in God, gardening, painting, cooking and sharing her love with family and friends.

A Service of Witness to the Resurrection and Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday September 16, 2017 from 12:30pm to 1pm with Memorial service starting at 1pm at the Newcomer Funeral Home (Seminole Chapel), Longwood, FL. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in Martha's honor to Tuskawilla Presbyterian Church (http://www.mytpc.org/giving/ ).
