Mary Fox passed away on Sep 3, 2022, in Orlando. She was born Mary Ann Verity on Feb 27, 1952, in Rockville Centre, NY to parents Mary Anna Hazell and William Ernest Verity. She then became Mary Ann Mincey when she was adopted to Floyd Eugene Mincey in 1961.
Mary Ann grew up in Fort Lauderdale and attended Stranahan High School, Nova High School, and Sheridan Vocational School. She was a supervisor for a market researcher for many years before starting her own service, Eagle Market Research. She was a lover of animals and country music becoming part of the Trace Adkins Fan Club.
Mary Ann is reunited in heaven with her parents; uncles and aunts from her maternal side: Keith Aubrey, Isabella, Calvin, and Charles; paternal side: Clovis, Myrtle, Elmer, Mary Lou, Michael, and Thelma.
She is survived by sisters Ana Verity (Wemiz) and Sheryl McCardle (Mauthner); aunts Betty Hazell (James), Helen Mincey (Bryan), and Naomi Mincey (Rarig); uncle James Mincey; and longtime best friend Nancy Hamill (Moore). She is also survived by her beloved Chihuahua, Dottie.
Mary Ann will be taken to Forest Lawn Central Cemetery in Fort Lauderdale. She was 70 years old.
