Funeral service for Mary Elizabeth DuPont (Kennedy), age 86 of Orlando, will be Sunday, Jan 20, 2013at 2:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Sunday, Jan 20, 2013 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mary passed away on Wednesday, Jan 16, 2013 at Winter Park Care and Rehab Center. She was born on Dec 23, 1926 in Birmingham, Alabama to Aaron B. Rogers and Artith Mae Rogers.
Mary was a very avid reader and loved to travel. She also enjoyed watching sporting events, particularly her beloved New York Yankees and Florida Gators.
She is survived by her loving Husband of thirty-three years, Robert E. DuPont of Orlando; 2 Sons, James W. Mills and George S. Mills, five stepchildren; Robert W. and Allen L. Dupont, Deborah K. Bush, Cindy A. Turek, and Ellen J. Sullivan, eleven grandchildren, and one great-grandchild; brothers, Carey Kennedy and Aaron B. Rogers and sister, Marty Skelton.
In lieu of flowers family would like donations to be made in Mary's honor to Florida Hospital Hospice Care Foundation, 901 North Lake Destiny Road, Suite 400, Maitland, FL 32751.
