He is survived by his Son, Anthony Low; and Niece, Linda Flynn; He is preceded in death by his, Father, Berry Low, Mother, Beatrice Low, and Wife, Virginia Low.
A visitation will be held from 5 PM to 9 PM on August 20th at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, located at 895 S Goldenrod Road, Orlando, FL 32822.
