Michael Alden Short, age 59 of Orlando, passed away Sunday, October 22, 2017. He was born in Panama City, FL on January 22, 1958 to Samuel T. Short and Mabel M. (Birmingham) Short. He was a veteran of the US Army.
He is survived by his children, Arianna J. Short, Dontaye Carter, Aaron Short, and Elijah Short; sisters, Arlette Sims, and Samantha McIntosh; grandchildren, Khalil Aliyy, Aceson Short, Melanie Richards, and Madison Richards. He is also survived by his partner, Jill White.
Visitation will be held from 5PM-6PM, Saturday, October 28 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, Orlando. Funeral services will begin at 6PM.
