Mildred B. Arnold

Mildred B. "Millie" Arnold, 83 of Orlando passed away Wed. Nov. 25th. She was born in Revere, MA and moved to Central Florida in 1994. Millie was a homemaker and of the Methodist Faith. Charities that she supported included Friendly Circle of the Blind, Operation Smile, Habitat for Humanity and The Salvation Army.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Charles D. Arnold; daughters, Cheryl Lynn Shutt of Hanson, MA and Deborah L. Powers of Plymouth, MA; sons, Charles D. Arnold III of Winter Park, FL and Keith E. Arnold of Orlando; sisters, June DeBlois of Carver, MA, Mary Lou Quam of Quincy, MA and Diane Hutchinson of Carver, MA; brothers, Kenny Barnes of Kathy, TX and Robert Barnes of Weymouth, MA; 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 2:00-4:00 PM on Sat. Nov. 28, 2009 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Rd. Orlando. Interment will be held at Bourne National Cemetery in Bourne, MA next week. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Commons at Orlando Lutheran Towers Employee Fund, 210 Lake Ave. Orlando, FL 32801.
