Mireya Mccann

Mireya McCann, 58, entered into heaven on Tuesday. August 3, 2010. She was born in San German, Puerto Rico on Oct. 25, 1951. She moved to Orlando with her son, Angel Luis Seda III, in 1987. She worked at Harcourt Brace in Orlando until 1995. Mireya married her husband, Edward McCann, in May 1995. A nurturing and loving mother, she dedicated her energies to raising their two children Ed and Keeley. Most recently, Mireya worked as a Regional Advocate for the Tribunal of the Catholic Diocese of Orlando. She was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in February 2010. After an aggressive battle against this dreaded disease Mireya had a peaceful passing while surrounded by her family and friends. Her son, Angel, and parents, Mireya and Ramon Perez, preceded Mireya in death. Her survivors include: her husband, Ed; son, Eddie; daughter, Keeley; and sister, Margarita Perez.
Mireya's personality is one of loving compassion dedicated to giving all of herself to whatever task Our Lord asked her to take on as her own. She loved her family, friends, and her work. We are certain that she has already been welcomed into heaven with the words,"Well done, my good and faithful servant."(Matthew 25:21)
