She is survived by Daughter, Miriam M. Hernandez, Granddaughter, Janessa Piedad, Daughter, Marilyn Ortiz, Brothers, 2, Sisters, 7, Grandson, Frankie Ortiz, Grandson, Danielito Hernandez, Granddaughter, Jessica Hernandez, Great-Granddaughter, Alessandra Hernandez, Great-Granddaughter, Cassandra Hernandez, Son-In-law, Moises Piedad, Son-In-law, Frank Ortiz.

Funeral Services are Saturday, July 21, 2018 at 12:00 pm at St James Catholic Church

Interment will be on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Chapel Hill Cemetery, 2400 Harrell Road, Orlando, Florida 32817.
