Misty K. Tucker

Misty Katheryn Tucker, 41, unexpectedly passed away January 5th, 2018. She was born on October 31st, 1976 in Pasadena, Texas.

Misty resided in Oviedo, Florida. She was an amazing, caring, hard working woman. She enjoyed her job, as a property manager and loved to travel. Her dog, Bella and Cat, Griffin were her fur children. Family and God were important to her.

Misty had multiple back surgeries and in 2014 was diagnosed with oral Squamous cell carcinoma, she was resilient and fought through surgery without having to receive chemotherapy or radiation, and although she had many struggles throughout her life she always maintained a positive outlook and a strong relationship with the lord.

She is survived by her father Dana Tucker and step mother Mary Tucker; grandmother; Lola Tucker; aunts, Sharon Baine, Leslie Dean, JoLynne McCraw, and Vanessa Foret; brother, Charles Tucker; sister, Jamie Wolbert; nieces, Neva Miller, Morgan Miller, Faith Wolbert and Shayla Gibson; animals, Bella and Griffin Tucker. She is preceded in death by her mother, Phyllis Taliaferro and her grandfather, Clarence Tucker.

Misty will be lovingly remembered by all who knew her and will remain in our hearts forever.

A memorial service for Misty will be held January 14th in Longwood, Fl at Newcomer Funeral Home (335 E. St Rd 434 Longwood, Fl 32750). Friends and family visitation will begin at 1 p.m. with a service to follow at 2 p.m.
