Murray Charles Fisher, 75, 1933-2009
Murray went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 6, 2009. Throughout his life he was a devoted husband, father, son, brother and friend and was loved by everyone he met. He spent his working life in Christian Publishing including his own book publishing company, Longwood Communications. All during his life he was active in his church and various positions. But his greatest joy was loving people.
He leaves behind his beloved wife Donna, children, Mike and Mary Fisher, Teri and Paul Olsen and Susan and Mert Gilbert. Grandchildren, Ben and Grady Olsen as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held to celebrate his life on Saturday, January 10, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Vista Community Church, 4200 Chickasaw Trail, Orlando. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be sent to campus Crusade for Christ, 100 Lake Hart Drive, Orlando, FL 32822 to benefit Mark and Nancy Austin #0262974.
