Born in Beaumont, Texas, she moved to Central Florida in 1973 from Maryland. She was
Retired from the U.S.D.A. Department of Agriculture.
She is the beloved mother of Margaret Lloyd of Beltsville, MD and Rita Horwitz of Austin, TX.;
Grandmother of Leslie Lowe of Hanover, MD and Julie Horwitz of Austin, TX; great grandmother of Lee Lowe of Hanover, MD. Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
