Nancy Jean Wolt went to be with the Lord on March 14, 2023, surrounded by close friends and family.
Nancy was born in Glendive, MT on July 21, 1954. She graduated from Montana State University with a Bachelor's degree in business. Her
passion was to see her work and life count toward the lost come to faith in Jesus. She served in ministry with Campus Crusade for Christ for 30+ years.
Nancy often had a book in her hands - murder mysteries were her favorite. She was known to be encyclopedia-like by her close friends. She loved to travel - both for ministry and leisure, and visited 15+ countries. She enjoyed good friends and good food and was known to be smart, caring, adventurous and witty by her friends and family.
Above all, she sought to please God and live a life of generosity. She was content with little and stewarded what God gave her to build into His kingdom. She knew that life was temporary and her greatest treasure was in heaven. She was a role model to those around her, encouraging others to seek God first. She will be missed immensely.
She is loved and survived by her brother Perry (MaryAnn) Wolt, her sister Carol Lute, her nephew Jesse Lute, her niece Nicole (Dylan) Lute-Richmond, her lifelong best friend Leora Callaghan and other close friends.
She is joined in heaven by her parents Reverend Edwin and Irene Wolt, her brother-in-law Paul Lute and her niece Heather Lute.
A memorial service will be held at her home in Orlando on March 26th from 2:00-4:00. There will be a graveside service in Bismarck, ND at a future date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Campus Crusade for Christ (HER Bible).
