Nereida Melendez Roman, age 59 of Kissimmee, passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2006. She was born to Dionisio Melendez and Mercedes Roman on November 25, 1946 in Santurce, Puerto Rico. She is survived by her children; Ruth N. Colón of Orlando, and David A. Colón of Kissimmee. She is also survived by her granddaughters; Yesenia Y. Colón, Diana I. Salgado, Miriam Otaño, Vanessa Otaño; and her son-in-law; Martin Salgado. A memorial service for Ms. Roman will be held at 7:00PM on Monday, February 6, 2006 at Iglesia de Dios Pentecostal, M.I. in East Orlando.
