Nicholas L. Schissler

Nicholas L. Schissler, 84 of Orlando, Florida passed away on May 4, 2007. He was a Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force for 23 years and after leaving the Military, served as a deputy clerk for Orange County retiring in 1985. He was Catholic. He was a Veteran of World War II and the Korean War. He is survived by his son, James Schissler (Linda) of Orlando and his daughter, Patricia Hudgens (Allen) of South Carolina. Grandchildren, Spencer Benham, Paiton Chipman (Chris) of South Carolina, Scott Schissler (Cathryn) and Stacy Clarkson (Jacob) of Orlando. Great Grandchildren, Brandon Schissler, Brittany Schissler and Conner Benham. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his memory to Hospice of the Comforter, 480 W. Central Pky, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714. Funeral Services will be conducted at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, May 8, 2007 in the Chapel of Newcomer Family Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando. Interment with Military Honors will follow at Chapel Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday from 6:00-8:00 PM.
