Nicola Jayne Barratt, age 53, passed away at her home in Lake Mary, Florida on Friday, January 21, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. Nicola was born on June 5, 1968 in Bromsgrove, England to parents Robert James Hollis and Jean Ann (Perry) Bloor.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Stephen Barratt; son, Russell C. Barratt; daughter, Genna L. Roach (Devin); grandson, Greyson Roach; granddaughter, Leah Roach; mother, Jean Ann Bloor; brother, Craig Hollis; as well as numerous extended family members and friends, all who will cherish her memory and miss her greatly.
A visitation will be held from 1:00 - 2:00 PM on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, & Receptions, 335 E. SR 434, Longwood, Florida 32750. The funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM. For those who are unable to join us in Longwood for Nicola's services, a livestream will be available to attend virtually.
In lieu of traditional floral arrangements to express your condolences, the family suggests sending live rose bushes that they will later plant in a garden in her memory.
