Patrick E. Lyons, age 79, passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 in Orlando, Florida. He was born on November 22, 1941 in Amonate, VA to parents Roscoe and Jewell (Stallard) Lyons.
He is survived by his beloved wife Carol S. Lyons; children Edward P. Lyons and Robert D. Lyons of AZ, James M. Lyons of Alamogordo, and Anthony J. Lyons and Carol Y. Lyons of Albuquerque; step-children Rick Kaushagen and Sean Kaushagen both of Orlando, FL, and Tony Kaushagen of Lake Mary, FL; siblings Roy Lyons of Christianburg, VA, Linda Sfreddo of Manassas, VA, Joseph Lyons of Lerona, W. VA, Jim Lyons of Morganton, NC, and Connie Adams of Tazewell, VA; many cherished grandchildren; and numerous extended family members and friends. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his parents Roscoe and Jewell Lyons, step-son Bill Kaushagen, and sister Susan Heflin.
Visitation will be held from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM on Friday, February 5, 2021 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3806 Howell Branch Rd., Winter Park, FL. A graveside service will take place at 1:00 PM at Glen Haven Memorial Park, 2300 Temple Dr, Winter Park, Florida.
