Philbert Smith

Philbert Smith better known as "Coolie Man", age 55, passed away on Wednesday, September 2021 at his home in Orlando, Florida. Philbert was born on August 20, 1966, to parents of Isman and Josephine Smith. He was the tenth child, born and raised on the island of St. Lucia. He is survived by his 10 sisters (Daphney Joseph, Madeleine Alexis, Christina Peter, Ira Polimis, Marjorie Henry, Vira Smith, Paula Smith, Carol Fevrier, Angella Martelley, Elmise Evans), and 1 (brother Sylvester Smith). Philbert was loved by everyone who knew him. His friends usually described him as someone who was fun, loving and most of all generous. All who knew him will miss him greatly.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, & Receptions in Longwood, Florida from 11:00-1:00 PM. The funeral service will take place at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, also at Newcomer Funeral Home.
