Rafael R. Medina, age 84, of Orlando, FL passed away Sunday February 12, 2017.
He was born on January 4, 1933 in Las Villas, Cuba to the late Jose and Caridad Medina.
He is survived by his wife, Luisa Medina; daughters, Minerva (Angel) Quintero, Marisel (Yhosvany) Medina, and Mirna (Mario L. Gonzalez) Medina-Gonzalez; 7 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
Rafael and his wife, Luisa, owned and operated Medina's Grocery Store & Restaurant for 43 years and retired in 2013.
Visitation is Wednesday February 15, 2017 from 5pm to 9pm with funeral service on Thursday February 16, 2017 starting at 10am at the Newcomer Funeral Home (East Orlando Chapel).
Father Miguel Gonzalez will be officiating.
Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Cemetery, Orlando, FL.
