Ralph Gerard Dentinger passed away peacefully on Saturday July 21st in Winter Garden, Florida surrounded by loved ones. He was born on March 5, 1923 in Rochester, NY. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 61 years; Kathryn May (Stokes) Dentinger. Ralph was a member of the Roman Catholic Church. He was active member of the VFW. As Captain of the US Army, Airborne Division, Ralph earned a Bronze Star for his work on the Norden Bomb Site in World War II during a two-and-a-half year tour. He attended the Rochester Institute of Technology studying Engineering and studied Executive MBA courses at the University of Detroit. Ralph began his Engineering career Gleason Works in Rochester New York for over a decade. He moved his family to Michigan where he worked for the Chrysler Corporation for 22 years. Ralph and his wife Kathryn retired to Beverly Hills, Florida where they resided for 23 years. Ralph is survived by his sister Geraldine Anderson of Milford, Pennsylvania. His five children, Sons: Thomas and wife Kathy of Clearwater, Florida. Steven and wife Linda of Apopka, Florida, Gerard and wife Patricia of Glen Ellyn, Illinois, Daughters: Judith Ann Okraski and husband Henry of Winter Park, Florida, and Jean M. Dentinger of Portland, Oregon. His 10 grandchildren, Grandsons: Greg Drake, Phillip Dentinger, Bryan Drake, Kevin Dentinger, Jack Dentinger, Adam Dentinger. Granddaughters: Michelle Sims, Lisa Drake, Stephanie Culver, Katherine Dentinger. His five Step-Grandchildren: Anna Roberts, Joseph Okraski, Andrew Okraski, Barbara Herrera and Richard Herrera. His six Great-Grandchildren: Gunnar Coutu, Leanna Diaz, Madison Drake, Tyler Drake, Pierson Drake, Michael Drake. His nine Step-Great-Grandchildren: Connor Effrein, Reid Effrein, Morgan Effrein, Craig Roberts, Ryan Roberts, Caroline Okraski, Patricia Okraski, Anna Kate Okraski, Francine Okraski.
