Randal F. Chitty

March 22, 1957 — December 6, 2022

Randal F. Chitty II, age 65, of Winter Park, Florida passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2022.

He is preceded in death by his father, Randal F. Chitty.

He is survived by his wife, Candace J. Chitty, mother, Joan Chitty Rogers, daughter, Erin E. Varela (Juan), grandchildren, J.C. Varela, Sofia Varela and Gabrielle Varela, sisters, Karen Woody (John) and Sandra Anderson, 4 nieces, 1 nephew, and 6 great nieces and nephews.

Randy was born on March 22, 1957 in Starke, FL. He graduated from Bradford High School with honors in 1975 and graduated from University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts (College of Business Administration) degree in 1979. Randy met Candi, the love of his life, in September of 1984 and they were married on March 15, 1986. Randy began his career working for RCA in Jacksonville, FL and then moved into the energy business holding a position of East Coast Sales and Marketing Director for Heritage Propane. In 2001, Randy and Candi founded Quality First Healthcare Consulting, Inc and later, in 2008, founded their second company, Quality First Management Solutions, Inc.

Randy was one of those people who was easy to like, easy to talk to, an encourager, a servant of Christ, with no pretense and just an authentic person. He was generous, fun-loving, and kind. He had a zest for life. Both Randy and his wife loved adventure and travel to exotic places and island destinations. He loved a good glass of wine, a fine cigar, spending time with his friends and family and being a loyal fan to his Gator football team, win or lose.

Randy lived life to the fullest and got the most out of every day. Friends and family often spoke of him as a fantastic guy and certainly one-of-a-kind.

A private Celebration of Life is planned.
