Ray Charles Hoinacke, 85 of Orlando passed away May 8th. He was born September 28, 1922 in Chicago, IL. Ray was a disabled Purple Heart Veteran serving in the U.S. Army during WWII. Upon his retirement from Appleton Electric in Chicago he moved to Boynton Beach, FL and then on to Orlando where he resided for the past 17 years. Ray's favorite pastime was sending cards and angles to all his family and friends for every occasion. He is preceded in death by his parents, Casimir Hoinacki and Edna Pelot, his first wife, Loretta, his sister, Charlotte Keen Bayliss. He is survived by his loving wife, Audrey and stepsons and their wives, Jerry Williams (Velinda), Richard (Georgina), Kenny (Karen), John (Karlene); 15 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren. Viewing will be held Wed. May 14th 103 PM with services following at First Baptist Church of Orlando 3000 S. John Young Parkway, 32805 in the Henry Chapel. His final resting place will be in Chicago, IL. In lieu of flowers, contributrions can be made to the First Baptist Church of Orlando Foundation or to charity of choise in his memory.
