Raymond R. Hargrave, 87 of Orlando passed away, Sat. Dec. 20, 2008. Born in Garysburg, N.C. he moved to Central Florida in the 1960's. He was a retired Civil Service Electrician and served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
He is survived by his wife, Sue Hargrave; sons, Raymond, Ricky and Vernon Hargrave; daughters, Cecelia Lockhart and Rosa Boyles; stepsons, Lewis and Daniel Murray; step daughter, Linda Pauls; brothers, John and Lloyd Hargrave and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Sat. Dec. 27, 2008 at the Church of the Nazarene, 2176 Michigan Ave. St. Cloud, FL 34769. Interment will follow at Drowdy-Rouse Cemetery, Orlando. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM on Friday, Dec. 26th at Newcomer Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Rd. Orlando, FL 32822. 407-277-4227.
