She is preceded in death by her parents,George Underwood and Mildred Louise Underwood.
She is survived by her husband, Christopher L. Leveille, daughters, Christina Hazard and Carrie Martins, grandchildren, Isabella Martins, Thomas Martins, Nicholas Martins, Sebastian Hazard and Jacob Hazard, and Sisters, Donna Underwood, Linda Troja, and Brenda Asher.
Private services will be held by the family.
Arrangements are by Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (Winter Park Chapel).
