Richard Geza Gombos, Jr., age 55, of Longwood, Florida passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 7, 2021 at South Seminole Hospital.
Richard was born on July 12, 1965 in Trenton, NJ, son of the late Richard, Sr. and Dolores (Quistberg) Gombos. He was a Sr. Software Architect at the time of his passing.
Richard, known as "Rich" to all, was an intelligent and kind hearted man. Rich played pool regularly on a league, enjoyed NFL football (Steelers), woodworking and anything that could keep him outside in nature.
Rich is survived by his sisters, Thyra Phillips and her fiancé, J. Scott Masterson, of Winter Springs, FL, Barbara Reynolds and her husband, Chris, of Toms River, NJ, and Andrea Sweda and her husband, Charlie, of Fern Park, FL; his nephews, Kevin and Brian Sforza; his nieces, Hailey Phillips, Lauren Phillips, and Amanda Phillips; Girlfriend Carol Bergeron and Aunt Doris and Uncle Joe in New Jersey.
A Celebration of Richard's life will be held at a later date, (post COVID-19).
