He is preceded in death by her father, Charles Raymond Hoover.
He is survived by daughter, Terri Hoover, daughter, Debbie Cullars, son, Richard Thomas Hoover, Jr., daughter, Kimberly Klausman, son, John Edgar Hoover, son, Charles Robert Hoover, mother, Ora L Nowlin, 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 3great great-grandchildren.
Visitation is Monday, November 30, 2020 from 9:00 am to 10:30 am at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3806 Howell Branch Road, Winter Park, FL 32792.
Graveside service will be on Monday, November 30, 2020 at 11:00 am at Greenwood Cemetery, 1603 Greenwood Street, Orlando, Florida 32801.
