Richard Steven Kelly, age 69, of Sanford, Florida passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2022 at South Seminole Hospital in Longwood, FL.
Richard was born on February 24, 1953 in Philadelphia, PA, son of the late James and Marjorie Bertha (Hanson) Kelly. On March 15, 1975, he married the former Jeanne Roesch.
Richard is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Jeanne Kelly of Sanford; three daughters, Cathryn Jeanne Wills and her fiancé, Mike Jett, of Sanford, Jeannette Christine Kelly of Sanford, and JoAnn Elizabeth Kelly-Sottile and her husband, Tony, of Sanford; his son, David James Kelly of Sanford; seven grandchildren, Brandon Michael Wills, Kimberly Lynn Wills, Gabrielle Renee Chesse, Jaden Richard Chesse, Alexis Madison Chesse, Tyler Matthew Jett, and Katelynne Sottile; two great-grandchildren, Dominick Grant, and Nicholas Parker Ragan; an expected great-grandchild, Sofia Kay Sedell; his sister, Denise Marjorie Adkinson of Fisherville, VA; and his brother, Daniel Thomas Kelly and his wife, Reginia of Mt. Dora.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Robert James Kelly.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, April 4, 2022 at the Worship Center at Harvest Time International, 225 Harvest Time Dr, Sanford, FL 32771 at 11:00 am with Pastor Bo Sullivan officiating.
Visitation will be on Sunday, April 3, 2022 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - South Seminole Chapel, 335 E. State Road 434, Longwood.
Interment will be in Oaklawn Park Cemetery, Sanford, FL.
